Our commitment to RMK residents includes:
  • Online Rent Payments - RMK properties offer electronic payments that make paying rent fast, simple and paperless.
  • Late Renewal Nights - Finding time to renew a lease can be difficult for residents with demanding schedules. To accommodate their busy lives, we offer extended office hours one evening each week.
  • 3-6-9 - RMK's property managers take pride in connecting with residents three, six and nine months into each lease. Each connection is a simple check-in to gauge their satisfaction.
  • Social Media - In an increasingly digital world, fostering community poses a challenge. To connect and communicate with residents, we offer Twitter, lnstagram, Facebook, YouTube and e-Newsletters specific to each property to keep residents in the know.
