\nRMK Management Corp.<\/a> <\/a>has been named property manager for The Raven Residences<\/a><\/a>, a transit-oriented rental community at 4733 N. Wolcott Ave. in Chicago’s Ravenswood neighborhood.<\/p>\n

Adjacent to the Ravenswood Metra station and walkable to the CTA’s Damen Brown Line stop, the property features 167 apartments and townhomes across two four-story brick buildings.<\/p>\n

In addition to management, RMK is handling leasing for The Raven, which was developed by Harlem Irving Companies and is currently 93.41% leased. Apartments include studio, one- and two-bedroom units, measuring from 452 to 1,061 square feet, and six rental townhomes in two-bedroom, two-bath or four-bedroom, four-bath designs that range in size from 1,262 to 2,282 square feet. <\/p>\n

All residences feature plank-style flooring; kitchens with quartz countertops, two-tone cabinetry, subway tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances; oversized closets with built-out shelving systems; and in-unit laundry. Select units also have private terraces.<\/p>\n

Residents of The Raven share access to a full suite of amenities including a fitness center, community room with a variety of seating to accommodate socialization as well as remote work; bar\/entertainment kitchen area with a pool table and TVs; dog run; and secure bike storage.
