Guest Suites Available
Do you have an out of town visitor? We have 2 guest suites available for daily rental. Daily rates are less than a hotel and give your guests a feeling of being home.
Pets
Versailles on the Lakes pet policy states that we allow dogs in certain buildings (As long as they are neutered and have all updated shots verified by vet). This must be provided to the office upon move in. Cats are allowed provided they have been declawed, neutered and registered with the management office. A non refundable one time pet fee of $250.00 for cats and $350.00 for dogs and a monthly pet rent of $20.00 per cat or dog are required upon move-in. Weight and breed restrictions do apply. No "visiting" pets are permitted.
