Elevators:
For your convenience moving in has never been easier. There are back doors on both ends of each building with direct, extra wide stairwells directly accessible. Elevator access is located on the 1st floor, or through the garage level of all buildings. Should elevator access be needed, contact the management office prior to your move so elevator pads can be issued.
Underground Heated Garage Parking
There is personalized parking available in all of our buildings, which is numerically assigned. Should this be an option you would like, please contact the management office for availability and details.
Grocery Carts
Grocery carts are located in the lower level of all buildings for your use.
Movers
Movers can be scheduled through your on-site concierge service, Errandmaster. You can contact them at (630) 678-9200. Their reliable and knowledgeable movers have relocations in their portfolio of local, cross-country, and international. Your convenience during this process is our main goal, and we are glad to assist in any way we can!
Packages
We are happy to accept packages in your absence. Please remember to bring in a photo ID or have on one file so you can pick up your shipment. Third party pick up forms are located at the office, should the need arise.
Bicycle Storage
There is complimentary storage posts located in the garage level for your bicycle(s). Versailles On The Lakes is not liable for lost or stolen property.
Pets
Versailles on the Lakes pet policy states that we allow dogs in certain buildings (As long as they are neutered and have all updated shots verified by vet). This must be provided to the office upon move in. Cats are allowed provided they have been declawed, neutered and registered with the management office. A non refundable one time pet fee of $250.00 for cats and $350.00 for dogs and a monthly pet rent of $20.00 per cat or dog are required upon move-in. Weight and breed restrictions do apply. No "visiting" pets are permitted.
