From the Northwest Suburbs & O’Hare via I-90
Take I-90 East towards Chicago. Take the Keeler Ave. exit (Exit 44A) and turn left onto Irving Park Road. Go East on Irving Park Road for approximately 4 miles and then turn left onto Sheridan Road. After half a mile, turn right onto Montrose Ave. and then right onto Hazel St. 4334 N. Hazel will be on your right.
From the North via I-94 (Northern Suburbs)
Take I-94 South towards Chicago and merge onto 90/94. Take the Keeler Ave. exit (Exit 44A) and turn left onto Irving Park Road. From the West via I-290 (Western Suburbs)
Take I-290 East towards Chicago take that route into Chicago. At Columbus Dr. turn left (at Buckingham Fountain), then turn right on Jackson and then left on Lake Shore Drive heading North. Stay on Lake Shore Drive for approximately 6 miles and take the Montrose Ave. exit. Turn left onto Montrose Ave. and turn left onto Hazel St. 4334 N. Hazel will be on your right.
From the West via I-88 East/West Tollway (Quad City Area)
Take I-88 East towards Chicago and merge onto I-290 East and take that into Chicago. At Columbus Dr. turn left (at Buckingham Fountain), then turn right on Jackson and then left on Lake Shore Drive heading North. Stay on Lake Shore Drive for approximately 6 miles and take the Montrose Ave. exit. Turn left onto Montrose Ave. and turn left onto Hazel St. 4334 N. Hazel will be on your right.
From the South via I-55 (Southern Suburbs & Downstate Illinois)
Take I-55 North towards Chicago until the highway ends at Lake Shore Drive. Veer left onto Lake Shore Drive North and take that for approximately 8.5 miles and then take the Montrose Ave. exit. Turn left onto Montrose Ave. and turn left onto Hazel St. 4334 N. Hazel will be on your right.
From the South via I-57 (Southern Suburbs and Downstate Illinois)
Tale I-57 North towards Chicago and merge onto I-94 West. Take a slight left onto 90/94 North and then take the I-55 exit towards Lake Shore Drive. Take I-55 North towards Chicago until the highway ends at Lake Shore Drive. Veer left onto Lake Shore Drive North and take that for approximately 8.5 miles and then take the Montrose Ave. exit. Turn left onto Montrose Ave. and turn left onto Hazel St. 4334 N. Hazel will be on your right.
From the East via I-90
Take I-90 West towards Chicago. After the Chicago Skyway Bridge, take the left exit towards 90/94 North and take that to the I-55 exit towards Lake Shore Drive. Take I-55 North towards Chicago until the highway ends at Lake Shore Drive. Veer left onto Lake Shore Drive North and take that for approximately 8.5 miles and then take the Montrose Ave. exit. Turn left onto Montrose Ave. and turn left onto Hazel St. 4334 N. Hazel will be on your right.
From the East via I-94
Take 80/94 West towards Chicago and once in Illinois, take Exit 160 to merge onto I-94 West towards Chicago. Take a slight left onto 90/94 North and then take the I-55 exit towards Lake Shore Drive. Take I-55 North towards Chicago until the highway ends at Lake Shore Drive. Veer left onto Lake Shore Drive North and take that for approximately 8.5 miles and then take the Montrose Ave. exit. Turn left onto Montrose Ave. and turn left onto Hazel St. 4334 N. Hazel will be on your right.
