Elevators:
Please contact the Management Office at (312) 943-5222 to reserve elevator time for moves and deliveries.
(2 hrs. allowed for studios & convertibles, 3 hrs. for 1BRs & 2BRs). The freight elevators are available 8am - 6pm daily.
Loading Dock:
Accommodates trucks up to 45 ft. If the truck is longer, they may 1) drop trailer in dock and park the tractor on street or next to it, or park the truck on the street. *You park at your own risk and must obey parking zones and times. Please note the loading dock time must be scheduled for all deliveries. Residents may not use the loading dock for groceries or shopping drop off location.
Luggage Carts:
For your convenience, luggage carts are available at the front desk of each tower. You must give the door attendant your photo ID while borrowing the luggage cart.
Receiving Room:
We are happy to accept your packages in your absence. Please remember to bring a photo ID with you or have your ID left on file in the receiving room so you can pick-up your packages. Third party pick-up authorization forms are available upon request from the receiving room staff.

FedEx Package Collection Location:
A FedEx package collection box is located next to the Receiving Room. Collection times are Monday-Friday at 7:30pm. For additional information, please call 1-800-Go FedEx.
Storage Lockers:
One complimentary storage locker is available per apartment. Space is limited & issued on a first-come, first-served basis; please contact the Management Office to make a reservation. Located on the 2nd floor of both towers utilizing your common area key.
Bicycle Storage:
Is complimentary and available in the Valet Parking garage with 24-hour access. McClurg Court Center is not responsible for stolen or damaged property.
Sundeck:
The Sundeck is located on the 3rd floor and can be accessed from both towers. There are 6 gas grills with picnic tables and lounge chairs available between Memorial Day and Labor Day. No reservations are necessary.
Business Center:
On the 1st floor located between the McClurg Fitness Center and The Double Tree Hotel. There is a key available at both door attendants for residents to check out with a government issued ID. Please see your door attendant.
Guest Suites:
One and two bedroom suites available for guests. Please check with the Management Office for more details.
ATM Machines:
Located in the 7-Eleven, North Bank and Doubletree Hotel.
7-Eleven 24-hour Convenience Store:
Located in the A tower on the 1st floor (McClurg Court & Ontario Street).
North Bank:
