Please contact the Management office at (612) 332-5450 to reserve elevator time for moves and deliveries. (3 hrs. for 1 BRs & 2BRs). The freight elevator is available from
9 am to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm Monday through Friday, Saturday 9 am to 9 pm and Sunday Noon to 9 pm.
Receiving Room:
We are happy to accept your packages in your absence. Please remember to bring a photo ID with you.

UPS/FedEx Package Collection Location:
Residents are fee to bring outgoing UPS/FedEx packages to the office for next day pick up during office hours.
