Package Receiving
We are happy to accept packages in your absence. Please remember to bring a photo ID with you and you must sign for your packages. If a package is too big to handle or our hours don’t match your hours, with your written permission, our staff will be happy to drop off your package at your home.
24 Hour Fitness Room
The fitness room is available for your use 24 hours a day. With weight machines, cardio and free weights available, you can be sure to work away the days stress anytime you want. Entry is through the east side door to the clubhouse with your access key.
24 Hour Business Center
The Business Center is available for your use 24 hours a day. Internet/computer access with printer and fax capabilities anytime you may need it. WI-FI is also available in the clubhouse as well. Entry is through the east side door to the clubhouse with your access key.
Pool and Sundeck
Enjoy the warm weather by our pool and expansive sundeck. Volleyball nets are available for the true water sports fan. The pool is open in May and closed at the end of September (weather permitting). Hours are from 9am-9pm.
Grilling Areas
Butterfield Oaks offers two gas grills for those outdoor cook outs for your use. These are located on the east side of the clubhouse by the pool deck.
