Anthony
R. Rossi received a B.S. from Loyola University in 1963 and a
law degree from DePaul University in 1969. Between 1963 and 1973,
he worked for Arthur Anderson & Company in Chicago, where
he served on the tax staff specializing in real estate. In 1973,
Rossi left Arthur Anderson & Company to join Moran & Company.
Subsequently, the principals of Moran & Company formed RMK
Management Corporation to perform all of its property related
activities. Mr. Rossi is president of both Moran & Company
and RMK Management Corporation.
Rossi received his C.P.A. from the State of Illinois in 1963 and
passed the Illinois Bar in 1969. He is a member of the Illinois
Bar Association and the American and Illinois Institute of Certified
Public Accountants.
Mr. Rossi is a licensed Broker in Illinois, Minnesota, Colorado,
and Florida.
During the past 25 years, Moran and Rossi have directed the joint
venture development and acquisition of 47 residential properties
containing 14,177 townhomes and apartment units.
In about one-third of their projects built during Moran &
Company's early years, Moran & Company represented equity
investors as their advisors in the development of apartment properties
by third-party developers. In the balance of their projects developed
more recently, Thomas F. Moran (the chairman of Moran & Company)
and Anthony R. Rossi acted as general partners and co-developers.
Through RMK Management Corporation they often have assumed property
management responsibilities as well.
Currently, RMK Management and Moran & Company are very active
in developing luxury, garden-style apartment complexes in the
Chicagoland suburbs. Mr. Rossi, as President of RMK Management,
is very active in finding the equity partners, the initial lease
up, and the ongoing management for all of the new developments,
such as Southwest Crossing, Randall Hill at The Villages, Woodlake,
and Orchard Village.

Thomas
P. Kearney received a B.S. in Accounting in 1967 and a Master
of Accounting Science in 1969 from the University of Illinois,
Champaign-Urbana. He received a Masters of Taxation in 1974 from
DePaul University in Chicago.
Between 1969 and 1976, he was employed by Arthur Anderson &
Company in Chicago, where he specialized in Federal Income Tax
matters. In 1977, Kearney joined Moran & Company and RMK Management
Corporation as its Senior Vice President.
Kearney received his C.P.A. from the State of Illinois in 1969.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Diana
Julian-Pittro is the Executive Vice President of RMK Management
Company. Based on 20 years of experience in the multi tenant
housing industry and involvement in the Chicagoland Apartment
Association (CAA), Diana's leadership allows RMK to continue
its focus on resident satisfaction and property management excellence.
Prior
to joining RMK, Diana was employed for five years with the Habitat
Company as general manager for Presidential Towers
which includes 2,400 apartment units, plus health club, commercial,
retail and office space. Prior to working for the Habitat Company,
she was a Vice President for 9 years at Draper and Kramer, Inc.,
responsible for a multi-state, multi-site portfolio. The portfolio
consisted of conventional apartments, student housing, rehab
properties and commercial and retail.
Diana notes that one of the
highlights of her career is having served as President of the Chicagoland
Apartment Association.
She enjoys teaching Sunday school, sky-diving and being with
her three daughters and family.
Diana was awarded Property Supervisor
of the Year in 1993 and has her Sales & Leasing License. She
also has been elected as Vice President of Region III with the
National Apartment Association,
representing six Midwest states. She has also been a member of
the NAA Budget and Finance Committee for the past three years.
Her
plans for the future include staying involved at the local and
national levels of the apartment association so she can have
the chance to "give back a little to our industry," while
being involved with the people she respects and cares about.

Anthony

since 1991. Mr. Rossi is a Vice President, and is responsible
for supervising the day to day operations of all Minneapolis-based
RMK properties. Mr. Rossi is also very active in finding the equity
partners, the initial lease up, and the ongoing management for
all of the new developments, such as Southwest Crossing, Randall
Hill at The Villages, Woodlake, and Orchard Village.
Mr. Rossi received a B.S. From Miami University in Oxford, Ohio
in 1991. He is a Licensed Broker in Illinois and Minnesota. He
is also an ARM (Accredited Residential Manager).

Kathleen
Hurst received her B.B.A. from Pace University, New York, 1989.
She received her C.P.A. from the State of Michigan in 1991. Ms.
Hurst joined RMK in September 1996. Ms. Hurst has thirteen years
of accounting experience in property management and real estate
development. Previously, she was employed with Baird & Warner
and American Invsco.

Rosemarie
Krask, Regional Manager, has been in property management since
1977 starting with Kimball Hill Inc. She managed two properties
for Kimball Hill located in Schaumburg and Elk Grove Village.
In 1981 she managed a property in Arlington Heights for Draper
and Kramer, Incorporated. From there she was promoted to Regional
Manager and then Assistant Vice President. Her responsibilities
ranged from new construction, rehab, senior subsidized and conventional
garden and high-rise communities. Rose then went to Prime Residential
in 1993 as a regional manager and assisted with the formation
of the REIT. Both Draper and Kramer, Incorporated and Prime Residential
portfolios included several out of state properties. From there
she went to work for RM Properties until her hire at RMK Management.
Rose has successfully completed several IREM courses and holds
her Illinois Realtor Sales License.

Linda
Rossi, Regional Manager, has been in the real estate industry
for 13 years. Her career started with RMK Management Corporation
at Oakbrook Versailles as a leasing consultant then she was promoted
to Assistant Manager and on to Manager for seven years at the
property. Her responsibilities have included residential, conventional
garden and new construction. Linda is responsible for the implementation
of RMK's procedural manuals and the revision of the RMK Employee
Handbook. Currently, she is a multi-site supervisor.
Linda received her Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Spanish from
Bradley University in 1988, and has received her designations
for Accredited Resident Manager and Certified Property Manager.

Debra
Roeder, Regional Manager, has been in the industry for 18 years,
starting out as a leasing consultant and then promoted to a property
manager of two downtown hi-rises for Inland Real Estate. She then
joined Penobscot Corporation as a resident manager of a 900-unit
property located in Schaumburg. Debra joined RMK Management Corporation
and has had numerous responsibilities and positions over the years,
including Assistant Manager at Versailles, Oakbrook, Property
Manager of Bristol Station in Downers Grove, 200 Arlington Place
in Arlington Heights, Scotland Yard and Pensacola Place. She was
then promoted to Regional Property Manager and is currently responsible
for overseeing over 1,400 units in the Chicagoland area.
Debra has a diversified background in property management: residential
scattered sites, hi-rise and commercial. Debra has successfully
completed her ARM (Accredited Resident Manager) designation and
is a CPM (Certified Property Manager) candidate.
