The founding partners established RMK Management over 30 years ago. With 100+ years of shared industry experience between them, these three individuals oversee one of the most respected property management firms in the Midwest.

Tony Rossi Sr

Anthony R. Rossi received a B.S. from Loyola University in 1963 and a law degree from DePaul University in 1969. Mr. Rossi received his C.P.A. from the State of Illinois in 1963 and passed the Illinois Bar in 1969. He is a member of the Illinois Bar Association and the American and Illinois Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Rossi is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois and Florida.

Mr. Rossi is the President of RMK Management Corporation.

Thomas P Kearney

Thomas P. Kearney received a B.S. in Accounting in 1967 and a Masters of Accounting Science in 1969 from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. He received a Masters of Taxation in 1974 from DePaul University in Chicago. Mr. Kearney received his C.P.A. from the State of Illinois in 1969 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Kearney is the Senior Vice President and Treasurer of RMK Management Corporation.

Diana Julian Pittro

Based on 20 years of experience in the multi tenant housing industry and involvement in the Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA), Diana's leadership allows RMK to continue its focus on resident satisfaction and property management excellence.

Her plans for the future include staying involved at the local and national levels of the apartment association so she can have the chance to "give back a little to our industry," while being involved with the people she respects and cares about.

Mrs. Julian-Pittro is the Executive Vice President of RMK Management Company. She is also the Vice President of the National Apartment Association Education Institute, the Region 3 Vice President, Board of Directors and an Advisor Board Member of Ramussen College.

Tony Rossi Jr

Anthony R. Rossi, Jr. has been a member of RMK Management Corporation since 1991. Mr. Rossi is Vice President of RMK Management. Mr. Rossi is also very active in finding the equity partners, the initial lease up, and the ongoing management for all of the new developments.

Mr. Rossi received a B.S. From Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 1991. He is a Licensed Broker in Illinois and Minnesota. He is also an ARM (Accredited Residential Manager).






 

Kathy Hurst

Kathleen Hurst received her B.B.A. from Pace University, New York in 1989. She received her C.P.A. from the State of Michigan in 1991. Ms. Hurst joined RMK in September 1996. Ms. Hurst has twenty years of accounting experience in property management and real estate development. Previously, she was employed with Baird & Warner and American Invsco.

Ms. Hurst is the Chief Financial Officer of RMK Management Corporation.
