Parc Huron offers an all inclusive utility package for all of our units. This utility package will be paid with your monthly rent payment. This package includes water, sewage, trash, air conditioning, gas (heat, hot water, cooking), 200+ cable channels, DVR, HBO package, and 3.0 Mbps wireless internet (provided by AT&T U-verse).

Renters Insurance
Parc Huron requires proof of renters insurance upon your move-in date. New residents can use the company of their choice or an approved online source at: www.erenterplan.com.
Photo ID
You will be required to provide a photo ID upon move in. This will be placed in your file in the event you are locked out and need to be given keys to be let back in to your apartment.
Address Change
Visit www.usps.com to complete a change of address form to ensure proper mail delivery.
Elevators
If you will be using movers or having furniture delivered, you will need to reserve the elevator and loading dock area with the leasing office. Please inform your movers that the loading dock is located on Huron, just east of the main entrance.
